• Seeds of 1 large pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp flavored sea salt (like Raley’s Alderwood Smoked, Smoked Paprika or Isle of Capri)



Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 4

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly clean pulp and strings from the seeds of 1 large pumpkin. Toss with oil and sea salt.
  2. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Tip: For a little flavor variety, try adding Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic salt or Cajun seasoning before baking.
