Ingredients:
- 1 large sugar pumpkin
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Directions:
Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 1 Hour, Serves: 6

- Cut the top off the pumpkin and cut pumpkin into 12 wedges; scrape out seeds
- Place in a very large skillet with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until pumpkin is tender and glaze is thick, turning occasionally
