Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 to 2 tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce (in our Asian Foods aisle)
  • 1 tsp. snipped fresh chives
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 ears fresh Amaize corn
  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)

 

Directions:

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 4

  1. Stir together 2 tbsp. softened butter, 1 to 2 tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce (in our Asian Foods aisle), 1 tsp. snipped fresh chives and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt in a small bowl
  2. Grill 4 ears fresh Amaize corn over medium heat for 5 minutes or until nicely charred on all sides
  3. Spread with butter while still warm. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if you like.
