CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Chill: 25 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 Avocados
- 2 – 4 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup almond milk vanilla almond milk (Or 1/4 cup almond milk & 1 tsp vanilla)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Toppings
- Dairy free whipped topping
- Dark Chocolate shavings
Directions:
1. Cut and peel avocados, melt chocolate
2. Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth
3. Transfer to container and Chill until desired consistency
Serve with whipped topping & chocolate shavings or topping of your choice
Tip: This avocado mousse is vegan and gluten free!
