CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE

Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: 25 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 – 4 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup almond milk vanilla almond milk (Or 1/4 cup almond milk & 1 tsp vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

 

      Toppings

  • Dairy free whipped topping
  • Dark Chocolate shavings

Directions:

1. Cut and peel avocados, melt chocolate
2. Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth
3. Transfer to container and Chill until desired consistency

Serve with whipped topping & chocolate shavings or topping of your choice

Tip: This avocado mousse is vegan and gluten free!
