2 Avocados
2 – 4 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate
1/4 cup almond milk vanilla almond milk
(Or 1/4 cup almond milk & 1 tsp vanilla)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp salt


Dairy free whipped topping
Dark Chocolate shavings

Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: 25 minutes
Serves: 4

1. Cut and peel avocados, melt chocolate
2. Combine ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend until smooth
3. Transfer to container and Chill until desired consistency

Serve with whipped topping & chocolate shavings or topping of your choice

Tip: This avocado mousse is vegan and gluten free.
