1 large sugar pumpkin
1½ cups brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks

We’ve taken much of the sugar out of this recipe to let the flavor of the pumpkin shine through

1. Cut the top off the pumpkin and cut pumpkin into 12 wedges; scrape out seeds.

2. Place in a very large skillet with remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until pumpkin is tender and glaze is thick, turning occasionally.
