Grilled Corn with Sriracha Butter

Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 to 2 tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce (in our Asian Foods aisle)
1 tsp. snipped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 ears fresh Amaize corn
chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 5 minutes
Serves: 4


Directions:

Stir together 2 tbsp. softened butter, 1 to 2 tsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce (in our Asian Foods aisle), 1 tsp. snipped fresh chives and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt in a small bowl. Grill 4 ears fresh Amaize corn over medium heat for 5 minutes or until nicely charred on all sides. Spread with butter while still warm. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if you like.
